How do I personalise a wine gift box?

Choose a product from Custom DIY Design or browse our occasion designs. Open the product and select the design button to launch the editor. Add your text or artwork, check the preview and add your personalised box to your cart.

Can I upload my own artwork?

The design editor includes an image upload option, text tools and clipart. Check names, dates, spelling and placement carefully before adding your design to the cart.

Can I buy a box without engraving?

Yes. Choose a product whose description states that it is a blank box or that engraving is not included. Personalised products are listed separately, so check the product description before ordering.

Which timber should I choose?

Birch offers a smooth surface suited to detailed engraving. Bamboo has a more pronounced grain and natural variation, and works well with bold designs. The appearance of engraving varies with the timber.

Will my bottle fit?

Bottles vary in height and width. If you are unsure, contact us with your bottle dimensions and the box you are considering before ordering.

What if I need my gift by a particular date?

Contact us before ordering with your required date, delivery postcode and quantity so we can advise on timing. Allow for both engraving and delivery when planning your gift.

How can I get help with an order or a corporate enquiry?

Use our contact form. For an existing order, include your order number. For a corporate enquiry, include the quantity, preferred box, artwork requirements, delivery postcode and required date.
